OT: List Archives

Can mailman be configured to include the 'To:' and 'Cc:'
addresses in the archive gz's? It would add some needed
context when locally combining/splitting multiple lists for
MUA use.
And is there a way retrieve monthly attachment gz's
without needing to fetch per attachment?
Also, how is the 'since inception' archive project coming?
