Probably offtopic, but would like to know what is the state of art in directing human made ball lightning (or something close to it).
According to wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ball_lightning#Laboratory_experiments humans made stuff close to it (was surprised one way involves home microwave oven). By "directing" I mean controlling its way.
