Okay, so, cool your hats, Chinese exchanges lie about volume. Others may too, but it's less clear. The Chinese exchanges also charge no commission on trades - inflating the amounts. (There may/may not also be other money schemes)
China is growing, and therefore should accumulate any sort of wealth. I have no quality info on it accumulating strangely.
