When I lived in Manhattan, I overheard the phrase "Fuck you, ya fuckin' 
fuck!" used more than a few times (usually having to do with traffic!)

Fuck can be a useful word, I use it myself.  But the language is so vast; 
creative insults are so much more satisfying, imho.
