U.S. Supreme Court rules 5-3 that police may use evidence found in illegal stops

The US Supreme Court ruled that police may use evidence in court, even if it is 
obtained by unconstitutional means, provided the suspect has one or more 
outstanding arrest warrants. We have been unable to locate the part of the 
Constitution that says it can be ignored if someone has an outstanding arrest 
warrant.
