USA has highest prison population per capita in the world, like 700+ per 100k. Maybe north Korea is a close second, there aren't good numbers available.... it's a fucking horrendous travesty, mostly thanks to drug prohibition and its draconian sentencing. -- John Sent from my Android device with K-9 Mail.
