as much as I personally hate anything that's got to do with M$, I don't
see why they would not be able to write 128bit SSL into exploder or any
other kind of strong encryption.

given the past quality history of their products, I think it is safe to
assume that they've included both a couple of bugs and a couple of
additional "features" that are incompatible with anything but their own
implementation. for example, the crypto dll's will most likely require
that you install IE5.
