status of "ecash" trademark

So not only is "ecash" not in fact a registered trademark of
DigiCash, Ecash Technologies, or anyone else, in the US,
but Eurovision Corporation has applied for it:

On the other hand, "e-cash" and "e$" are in fact registered trademarks
of David Chaum.
