So you believe in the Constitution and freedom? How about the Declaration
of Independence? The part about "We hold these Truths to be self-evident,
that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with
certain unalienable Rights, that are among these are Life, Liberty, and the
Pursuit of Happiness."
It says all men, not just American citizens. So if you believe in this
document of freedom, how can you justify preventing anyone from immigrating
to this country to protect their lives, increase their liberty, and pursue
happiness? To protect the people who got here first from over population?
Over population is junk science. There is no way there can ever be a single
person on this planet than the planet can support. To limit the burden on
the Tax payers? How considerate. But if welfare were eliminated there would
be no burden on the taxpayers. The fact that taxpayers are robbed to
finance the welfare state is not the fault of people who want to move here.
No one who truly claims to believe in freedom can advocate limits on
immigration in the same paragraph.
