I suggest you learn how to filter mail and how to read mail headers. There
is no single administrator for the list; it is gated over half the known
Internet. You need to find out which gate you are subscribed to, and you
can only do this by reading the mail headers or checking your personal
archives. If you read the headers, finding out where to unsubscribe is
easy. Without it, you just waste the time of everybody on the list by
sending repeated mails with effective content of "Unsubscribe me!" (in coarser
language, and implying sexual actions that, frankly, an Internet mailing
list is incapable of doing.)
If you are not willing to learn the necessary parts, it is easy to stop
getting list e-mail in the (then) appropriate fashion: Just cancel your
Internet subscription. I've sent a Bcc: to the abuse contact at your ISP;
if you continue your behaviour, I assume these will help you stop getting
unwanted e-mail. Permanently, and for *all* unwanted e-mail.
