I regularly follow up with complaints to providers and have gotten a
number of them nuked.  I also use the list to keep my spam filter
patterns current.  Amazing that the spammers haven't figured out yet
to put this list in the "anti" list by now.  But then again spammers
are rarely intelligent.  For fun you might enjoy
http://belps.freewebsites.com/ where a particular spammer got what
many feel she deserved...  (You can find a copy of her "anti" list on
the website as well.)

I doubt that they care either. In fact, as a general rule most major
providers won't care until the spam begins to negatively affect their
reputation and thus their profits.
