Can we _please_ all try to stop copying all possible lists? (And you
left out "the other McCullagh"'s lists. Please, do try to keep up!

Some of these lists are closed, moderated lists...which means my
cc:ing them will result in a bounce.
And there will perhaps be replies to this or other messages which the
authors of the message being replied to will not even see.
This cancer of closed mailing lists and mindless cross-posting
amongst them is one of the lowlights of the 1990s.
(I understand the property issues, but the cross-posting is loathesome.)
