they could operate freely with relative impunity [1].

Data and metadata are published on the blockchains too.

[1] Up to some level of interest by antis, at least
until more secure networks are developed.
Still the bar for antis is reasonably high today for
some use cases and networks.
Massive global torrenting and filestores would
