Perhaps true, or maybe only "more immune" than current network technology. Same goes for tradeoffs with higher latency nets. How do more focused community or sponsored competitions similar to SHA-3 compare to random competition as seen in blockchain world? Vampire and Sybil proof by 2029? Lol.
