Flow batteries have a section here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_battery_types Are VFB's available for people to buy and hack into their houses, at what comparative price for initial plus consumables, waste, lifetime, etc? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nickel-iron_battery These can be had from various countries on ebay, alibaba, etc. Swap out the electrolyte every decade or so. Fairly cheap and hard to kill.
