Could somebody list names/emails of 1996 people?

I want to do an email alerting 1995/96 users of the Cypherpunks list to the 
forgery of the 1995 docket.  Could somebody make a list of the email addresses 
of people sending/receiving emails in 1996?   Just a list of unique emails 
addresses, of course.  Then, could somebody check those names and email 
addresses against the early 2000's Cypherpunks archives, perhaps to catch email 
changes?
This is important.  Thank you.
