He carefully avoided covering my accusations of the Federal Government when he
wrote his book.

Page of that article, "Cypherpunks". Feel free to use some text that has
already been posted on the Cypherpunks mailing list. Ask people who were aware
of the list in that time, and especially those who participated, to show up and
