Not because they legal have writ to spy on our personal communications, to wit: "Presidential Executive Order 12333 - 1.13 allows the FBI to provide the NSA with “technical assistance” in the United States… ie. to collect metadata about American citizens by collaborating with “foreign intelligence and law enforcement services.", Section 215 OR 702... but because they spied on the Trump campaign for the Democrats.
