My understanding of CJ's ' Circle of eunuchs ' revolves around self-described cypherpunks talking a good anarchist revolutionary ( collapse of govts ) line here then being exposed as craven cowards when the arrests started. Maybe CJ can correct me if I'm wrong on this particular use of the term.
