While pondering what the job of a realtor is, friend walked by a few stores and thought they might pick something up to make peace with whoever murdered the person they knew and had their house burned down. They clearly focused on hugging a lot. Friend found a gift card with a picture of somebody keeping respectful distance. The card said "All my support!" in large letters. Friend bought a box of chocolates, wrote "no hugs needed!" on the card, with arrows showing how far apart the people were, and affixed the card to the box of chocolates. Feeling a little discouraged about buying a home, friend went back to the first person who had likely burned theirs, since they failed to find the second. This person would certainly know whom to send the chocolates to.
