Not seeing any huge objection to the present system of trial-by-jury in places where that operates, I say, if it ain't broke - don't fix it.
State-free, trial-by-jury is not incompatible with anarchism as I see it. Safe, legal and rare ( Sear " Malatesta - crime and punishment " ) Of course I'm often outvoted on these sorts of issues.
