I feel worried here seeing "cannibals" right next to "John Young". I've had experience being exposed to persistent phrasing like that, and I know it can really drive you crazy and destroy your life if gone too far. I imagine you've experienced some intense stuff yourself. Just letting you know this seems worrying, and like action would be needed to be taken somehow to protect everyone: you, John, me. Notably John. I'm not sure what action.
