this pattern is a more a reasonable context to defuse some of the
anger-like patterns, since it is less harsh, but it is very determined
(associating it with indoorsness: forced-economy). 'police' is only
involved associated with the validation of copyright, and the portion
of the population who have strong emotions around laws.
