Sentient beings need Clear, Rational InterCommunication of True Things. We need to develop decisions from facts.
Disruption, "Information Warfare", ""PsyOps": tends to counter this phrase. They pursue making things unclear, illogical, censored, bereft of new information, and untrue. There are other parts, too, like happiness and health. But we really need CRICTT in order to improve and develop anything at all together. It's nice to label it.
