ok, it seems pretty clear i installed the debugging libraries and built the binary in debug mode.
i'm still not getting source lines inside cppgit2 codefudge/datagen/bold84-cppgit2/build.debug$ grep CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE CMakeCache.txt CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE:STRING=Debug in the scrollback history i have installing it, although maybe i forgot to delete the old files. i'm planning to reinstall. $ cat install_manifest.txt | sudo xargs rm $ sudo make install -j
