it’s a cyborg frankenstein made of children organs zombies and robots and small tiny viruslike things (but big enough to see) that sometimes change places in the larger group it occasionally flaps largeish wings, one is robotic, the other d8nosaurian a couple small beings are running ans playing with and mocking each other on the body
