Online Tribal Lender Can't Arbitrate RICO Suit, Court Told

An Indiana resident accusing a purported tribal lender of unlawfully
claiming sovereign immunity to issue usurious loans urged an Indiana
federal judge to keep his suit out of arbitration, contending the
arbitration provision in the loan agreements is unconscionable.
