UK Drug Co. Settles For $19.6M Over False Safety Claims

A New York federal judge has granted final approval to a $19.6 million
settlement between investors and U.K.-based consumer goods and health
conglomerate Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC, resolving claims that it
defrauded shareholders by not disclosing that regulators determined that
its drug used to treat narcotics dependency was more susceptible to
accidental child consumption.
