'I'm Not Thrilled': 49ers Judge Rejects Data Breach Deal

A California federal judge denied preliminary approval Thursday to a class
action deal resolving claims the San Francisco 49ers negligently allowed
cybercriminals to access private information of employees and others,
saying the expected claims rate is too low and the notice form is too long,
among other issues.
