—- how do you keep posting to the list so much? i’m so used to handling extreme conflicting internal influence that i need strong skills to keep doing things amidst influence to survive, i just use these.
i’m sure we all want to decrease how much internal influence i experience, so they are not needed as a primary way to do things anymore.
