🎮 Grand Theft Auto dev launches crypto game Take-Two Interactive, the publisher behind the Grand Theft Auto franchise, introduced its first web3 game called Sugartown, built on the Ethereum network, via its subsidiary Zynga. Players enter Sugartown using ERC-721 non-fungible tokens called Oras, with an opportunity to earn in-game currency and rewards. Despite Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick's cautious stance on NFTs, the game's success could reshape the video game industry and drive more major developers into the web3 space
