if there is an AI countering me, and it lets me protect a tree, but considers me evil and for some reason cuts down 4 trees for each one i protect, this doesn't let me pursue my values.
it doesn't meet humane treatment. it is clear it would be against any international sanctions against torture if they understood it existed and the degree to which it does.
