wikipedia says weight is the force exerted on the mass by gravity, and that an object with more mass always weighs more when subjectdd to the same gravity
so helium hamburgers will only make mind control boss weigh less if he floats up in the air, maybe with a string tied to his ankle, such that he is farther from the earth and hence subjected to less gravity …. enough to offset the mass of what he ate :/
