The People's Bank of China (PBoC) has addressed issues related to
cryptocurrency regulation and decentralized finance (DeFi) in its latest
financial stability report, in which it calls for a worldwide effort to
establish crypto rules. And in related news corpse-media zombies keep yelping
for crypto regulation.

On the same day, the SEC said in a new filing that it “deeply regrets” certain
errors that the agency made during an enforcement proceeding. Paul Grewal, the
chief legal officer of Coinbase, pointed out that while the SEC claims to
“regret” its errors, its chair is “browbeating an entire American industry.”
The lawyer questioned why any taxpayer or judge should believe in those regrets.

There is total global chaos on regulation of the anarchic internet, in general,
and rapidly spreading cryptoanarchism in particular. The situation is excellent!
