The Fourth Circuit on Tuesday revived an American combat training company's
trade secret theft lawsuit against an Israeli company, its U.S. affiliate,
a military officer and the Israeli Ministry of Defense, finding the trial
court wrongly relied on a prior judgment, which didn't address the
Delaware-based affiliate.
