A shareholder lawsuit accusing JPMorgan Chase & Co. of ignoring fraud
complaints about peer-to-peer banking platform Zelle cites only a few news
articles and a congressional hearing as "red flags" that directors
allegedly missed, falling "well short" of a valid claim, the directors'
attorney told Delaware's Court of Chancery Wednesday.
