Latham & Watkins LLP should be handed a default win against an unknown
scammer it accused of registering dozens of domain names to impersonate the
firm and one of its attorneys in an attempt to defraud clients, a federal
magistrate judge in Virginia recommended Tuesday, determining the firm has
a protectable interest in a valid trademark.
