Cellphone users alleging mobile payment service Cash App bombarded them
with "annoying and harassing spam texts" have told a Seattle federal judge
that Cash App's parent company shouldn't be allowed to escape their suit,
pointing to recent and "nearly identical" claims against trading app
Robinhood that survived a dismissal bid and subsequently settled for a
proposed $9 million.
