The Florida federal judge overseeing the criminal prosecution of former
President Donald Trump over the alleged mishandling of classified documents
at his Mar-a-Lago estate denied his bid Thursday to toss the indictment
based on the "unconstitutional vagueness" of the Espionage Act, opting
instead to punt the issue to later in the case.
