The developer of non-fungible token marketplace NBA Top Shot must face a
proposed class action claiming it violated state and federal laws aimed at
protecting video consumers, with the National Basketball Players
Association and NBA Properties Inc., which handles the NBA's merchandising
and licensing, escaping the suit for now.
