A California federal judge told Rivian's attorney Friday that his arguments
opposing class certification for investors alleging the carmaker misled
them on material costs appeared to say that unless a company practically
admits fraud in a disclosure it's not a "corrective" disclosure, but "that
is not how the real world works."
