Airline tycoon Farhad Azima has asked a Texas federal court to force the
FBI's Houston office to comply with a subpoena for documents related to its
criminal investigation of the businessman, writing that the bureau has
stonewalled his "basic discovery rights" in connection with a federal
lawsuit against a Dechert LLP-hired private investigator.
