DoorDash has reached a settlement with New York Attorney General Letitia
James to resolve allegations that the food delivery platform regularly
rejected applicants with criminal histories without considering factors
such as the nature of the conviction and its bearing on the job sought, the
law enforcement official's office announced Wednesday.
