The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the Consumer Financial
Protection Bureau is constitutionally funded, rejecting a payday
lender-backed challenge that threatened to incapacitate the agency and
throw a wrench in the Biden administration's financial regulatory agenda.
