An affiliate of Connecticut hedge fund Silver Point Capital has sued a
crypto trading firm and a buyer of FTX bankruptcy claims in Delaware
Chancery Court, alleging that they breached a sale agreement for "a highly
unique and lucrative customer claim" with a face value of $10 million in
the FTX bankruptcy case.
