The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday reached a $1 million
deal with a company allegedly involved in a market manipulation scheme and
also brought claims against the two former CEOs who allegedly led the
scheme, which fraudulently raised $137.5 million from investors, according
to the regulator.
