Cryptocurrency platform Abra has agreed to return millions of dollars in
digital assets to U.S. customers after getting busted for running a mobile
application for crypto transactions without the required money transmitting
licenses, a coalition of state financial regulators announced on Wednesday,
with Washington state taking the lead.
