I really appreciate the below series of spam, though, because they think I am CTO of DigiBeat Health Monitoring Systems, which is so personally heartening to me. A telehealth heartbeat tracker has been a project of mine for 13 years, symbolic for my difficulty doing software development and hobby algorithms. I started making one after I read an article in a physical paper about how you could accurately chart somebody's heartbeat (and other biosignals) by observing fluctuations in their skin color (fluctuations that the human visual cortex usually filters out of our consciousness). I made a working prototype by copying the research paper, and wanted to make a mobile app to show people about hidden signals, but roughly switched and destroyed it all. I think my alter is most strongly triggered around the idea of there being nearness to reading people's subvocalizations, which I think would be cool too but wasn't at all the project goal[1]. I'd love to finish the work, including doing my own hand algorithmic optimization for blind source separation so it could run efficiently on a low-end mobile device, which involves comprehending the functionality of the approaches and redesigning them for the target platform. I mention these details because sometimes I feel pressured to resume it but without support for how I enjoyed approaching such things. Since it's just a token, of course, a way to see if I am free. We're much more likely to actually do something like the subvocalization detector at this point rather than the heartbeat. Prevented things seem to be important, and harder challenges seem more inspirational to accomplish, kind of. But it seems so heartening to be called the CTO of DigiBeat Health Monitoring Systems by a spam effort. It's like they are saying I matter and they value me, which is so precious and needed. Maybe we will work on the heartbeat app again, at least in some way :) 1: Just a daydream of distant future possibilities to help encourage and celebrate it; it seems to care a lot about such daydreams but I've never experienced reaching them.
