Eagles frontman Don Henley is seeking to retake possession of handwritten
lyric sheets that were seized by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office
in a now-dismissed criminal case over the sale of the allegedly stolen
album notes, asking a New York federal judge Friday to declare that he is
the legal owner.
