Atty Not 'Annoying' Enough For Restraining Order

A California appeals court affirmed Monday a finding that a personal injury
attorney's aggressive behavior toward another attorney only rose to the
level of "annoying" and thus didn't warrant a permanent restraining order,
saying the behavior must rise to the level of "seriously annoying" to be
considered harassment.
